Specifically, there will be 19 Sanda events, 4 Tai Chi competitions, and 16 Pattern contests, which will include both bare-hand and weapon categories.

To ensure the smooth execution of the championship, an organizing team of nine members has been established, led by Vice President Bhupendra Gurung, who also serves as the International Judge. Judging responsibilities have been clearly delineated, with Vice President Gurung and Ramesh Maharjan officiating the Pattern and Tai Chi events. For the Sanda competitions, the judging panel will include International Judge Sanjeet Kumar Rai and General Secretary Kamal Magar. The estimated budget for organizing this championship is around 11 lakh rupees, as disclosed by President Rai. The association has made provisions for food, hospitality, and transportation for participants traveling from outside the valley, ensuring a welcoming environment for all competitors.

In preparation for the championship, a national referee seminar was conducted on Falgun 24, focusing on the rules and regulations pertinent to the upcoming events. This initiative underscores the association’s commitment to maintaining high standards of competition and fairness.
